Our service

EverSong.me creates personalized songs and optional music videos from the story and choices you provide. Songs are produced with the help of AI tools and delivered digitally through your account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

Your content

You keep ownership of the story, names and details you share. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they are not unlawful, hateful, or infringing on anyone's rights. We may refuse any request that breaks these rules.

Use of your song

Once paid, you may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as gifting, playing at events and sharing on social media. Reselling or commercial licensing requires our written permission.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Delivery

Songs are usually ready within minutes to a few hours after payment, and are available in your account.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
